Grape varieties: Rolle 60% and Sémillon 40%.
Soil type: Schist
Wine making: Direct pressing in membrane press to 1.6 bar. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel for 13 days at a temperature of 18° C.
Tasting notes: Elegant nose dominated by aromas of kiwi and apple. Pretty robe with yellow and green tinges. Well balanced and velvety with a touch of citrus and exotic fruits such as lychée. Best served at temperature of 10º- 11ºC.
Combinations: Ideal for aperitif, all types of grills and exotic dishes.
Ageing: 3 years.
