Tasting Notes: The nose is subtle and complex. This Pinot is elegant , rich, full bodied with freshness, excellent for the great gastronomy. It is well balanced and corpulent, slightly smoky with characteristic opulence and roundness
Combinations: Aperitifs, seafood, white meat, exotic (sweet and sour, asian dishes). Smoked salmon, dressed crab.
