Grape varieties: Carigan 50%, Syrah 50%
Average age of vines: 75 years
Wine making: Hand harvested, grapes are then conveyed in cases to the cellar where they are destemmed above the tanks. Both grapes are vinified separately: 28 month in oak barrels for the Syrah.
