1959: The birth of the organic farming
Inspired by the methods of Raoul LEMAIRE and the professor Butcher, the domain begins, a bit further, its organic farming starts (by 1960).
The Vineyard: 20 hectares on the agrilo-calcareous ground among which more than 10 % of the domain consists of vines planted in 1921, 25 % of vines are more than 40 years old and 50% are more than 30 years old.
