Wine making: Direct pressing in membrane press to 1.6 bar. Juice then separated to go in sub categories. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel for 13 days at a temperature of 18° C.
Tasting notes: The complexity of this assembly of typical Provencal grape varieties makes it a real “sun and full” wine dominated by aromas of dry floral flavours. A touch of red fruits lends its charm and elegance. Beautiful pale pink dress.
Best served at 10º - 11º C.
Combinations: Ideal for aperitif, all types of grills and exotic dishes.
Ageing: Up to 14 months
