Rosé Charles Gardet
Vinification : This rare premier cru Ros é was produced with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, from old vines.
Characteristics: This is a Rosé de Saignée whose colour was obtained by leaving the grapes to macerate for a few hours after the pressing, in order to get coloured juices. This process is very delicate, as it is very difficult to achieve the desired colour. It is therefore much less used than “blended” rosé.
Tasting Notes: With more structure than a blended rosé, this Rosé de Saignée and its strong berry aromas will be much appreciated with a meal at an ideal temperature of 10-12°C.
