AOC Côtes de Provence
Grape varieties:Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah
Winemaking:Grapes are de-stemmed and crushed before undergoing a long maceration period of 1 month. After going through their malo-lactic fermenting period, the wines are aged in oak casts for 10 to 14 months, one third of which are renewed every year, they are then blended in cuve before being bottled.
Tasting Notes:A full bodied thorough-breed to be kept. It goes particularly well with gastronomic delights rich in flavour.
