Amélie is a refined dining destination under the Sunset Hospitality Group, known for its glamorous interiors, Mediterranean-inflected cuisine, and a sensibility that blends modern luxury with romantic flair. In partnership with Eminent Wines, the venue launched two custom-crafted wines: a Chablis Grand Cru from Burgundy and a Bordeaux Supérieur, both developed with bespoke blends to complement Amélie’s gastronomic identity. Bottled exclusively in magnum and jeroboam formats, these wines elevate the sense of occasion at the table. The labels, reminiscent of vintage postcards, feature painterly illustrations that evoke travel, nostalgia, and taste — perfectly mirroring the restaurant’s dreamy ambiance and design-forward aesthetic.
